I’m Bagel, the proud assistant to my mom, Siyan Jin—a designer and creative practitioner from OCAD University. Born in China and now living in Canada, she’s a good of design software, woodworking, and crafting all sorts of creative projects. She’s fluent in both English and Mandarin, which means she can talk to so many people (even if I only understand “walk” and “treat”). When she’s not sketching or building things, she’s busy making sure I get enough cuddles and walkies. Mom brings a unique, cross-cultural perspective to her design work, and she’s always excited to collaborate and make the world a more creative, inclusive place.
